Lansky Deluxe Sharpening System

If you need a sharpener but are not confident of achieving a consistent edge bevel on your knives, the Lansky deluxe sharpening system will deliver. The guide allows the selection of the appropriate angle for a variety of knives. Sharpeners with one fixed angle are not particularly useful as all knives will not have the same edge bevel. The Lansky deluxe has 5 grades of stone - extra coarse, coarse, meduim, fine and ultra fine, all housed with the guide and honing oil in a 110mm x 220mm carry case. Made in the USA.
